heavy whipping cream

grated parmesan

long pasta
salt and pepper
olive oil
Instructions
Cut the zucchinis into slices and cook them on low heat in a large pan with olive oil.
Add salt and pepper, shallots, and garlic.
Cover and let cook until zucchini is softened.
Add the cream, the pesto, and the parmesan.
Mix with a hand blender.
Cook the pasta, drain and mix with the sauce.
